Susan Yashar

Susan retired from Deloitte Global in February 2023 where she served as the Global Deputy CEO (since 2020) and General Counsel (since 2014) and was a longstanding member of the Global Executive (since 2014). She served at the top leadership level of the organization, comprised of the Global CEO and 3 Global Deputy CEOs, and had direct responsibility for Global Risk, Legal and Ethics/Anti-Corruption functions. Susan also served as the Global Chief Risk Officer for Deloitte from 2020-2021, guiding the organization through the first year of the pandemic. Prior to Deloitte, Susan served in a number of leadership positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where she transformed the international enforcement program to ensure coordination and collaboration with foreign counterparts, and prior to that, investigated and prosecuted securities laws violations. Susan is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Law.
